2025 Volleyball Season Fees and Important Dates

Once a player has joined a team, the fees may be paid in full or broken up and paid in installments.

Fees can be paid with Cash, Zelle, Check – made out to DasCHE Spartans Sports, or by using PayPal. If you pay with PayPal a 5% processing fee will be added to the total.

PAYMENT INSTALLMENT SCHEDULE:

Due by July 16th, August 16th, September 16st.
Take your team’s total and divide by 3 for payments. Ex: JV is $850. Each payment should be $283.33

Without any fundraising, fees will be as follows:

Varsity- $850
JV- $850
14U-$650
12U- $650

This includes practice time, uniforms, practice shirts, coaches, refs for home games, AND all the fun involved with Spartans volleyball!

***It is crucial we receive payments by the due dates to ensure Tournament Entry Fees and other expenses are paid on time. If all fees are not paid in full by September 1st, the player cannot practice or play in games until payments and/or other arrangements have been made with and approved by the Volleyball Management Team. All fees are deemed non-refundable.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Location: Fieldhouse USA, Mansfield – 650 US Hwy 287 N Frontage Roads, Mansfield 76063
July-October: MANDATORY Practices are Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:00 – 5:00 pm and begin July 16th through October. Nationals are October 16-18th in Kansas.

MATCHES & TOURNAMENTS

Next season’s schedule is shaping up nicely. The tournaments have at least 5 games each! Our season is 11 weeks long and our goal is for every team to have at least one match a week.
