Cheer Checklist

1. Complete the Spartans Association registration:

Every year new and returning families must join the DasCHE Spartans Sports Organization to participate in a DasCHE Spartans sport. There is a $25 fee to join and payment is required via PayPal to process the registration. This only needs to be completed once per year per family. 2. Athletic Handbook:

Each family and athlete will need to read and agree to the DasCHE Spartans Sports Organization Athletic Handbook. The last page of the Handbook needs to be signed and returned. It is located at: https://daschespartans.org/athletic-handbook/ and there are printed copies in the packet.

 

3. Background check: Every parent needs to complete this background check form. This is on the DasCHE website. Here is the link:

4. Cheerleader Registration Form:  Once you complete the Sports Organization registration, you will receive a link via email to complete the participant registration form.

 

5. Paperwork that needs to be turned in:

• Sports physical: All athletes are required to have a physical each year. We need these turned in before the first practice in order for your child to participate. It is included in your packet and here is the link for the form: https://daschespartans.org/sports-physical-form/
• Letter of Commitment: The Letter of Commitment form needs to be signed and returned by April 15, 2022.
• DasCHE Sports Organization Code of Conduct: The code of conduct form on the last page of the Athletic Handbook needs to be signed and returned by April 15, 2022.
