Football Registration Information

$600 FEE COST:

Our fee prices reflect the lowest possible cost that the program can charge and still cover all expenses for the year. The fees with sibling and legacy discounts are already set at a greatly reduced price. Getting the fees paid on time allows the program to operate without having to borrow money to pay for costs (field rental, uniforms, refs, etc.).

Therefore, there is an additional $100 discount for paying by August 31^st.

Pay On Time and receive a $100 discount, getting all fees paid by August 31^st.

Sibling Discount – There is a $100 discount in the program cost for a family who has a second athlete in the program (2nd athlete costs $500); a third athlete in the program, and after, would still be the $100 discount (3rd, 4th, 5th athlete costs $500).

Legacy Discount – If your athlete played last year, then for each consecutive year after, your cost will remain discounted by $100. If your athlete leaves the program one year and then returns at a later time, you will not receive the Legacy discount on the first year of return.

All discounts can be applied for maximum savings.

FEES PAID OVER THE SUMMER

Once an athlete has joined football, the fees may be paid in full or broken up and paid over the summer in installments. The 3 deadlines are June 30, July 31, and Aug. 31.

DEADLINES

June 30: A first installment must be paid upon registration & by June 30th if you are to use an installment payment method. The 1st payment must be $200 per athlete joined. (1 athlete: $200, 2 athletes: $400, 3 athletes: $600, etc.)

July 31: A second installment must be paid by July 31st if you are to continue to use the installment payment method. The 2nd payment can be the remainder paid in full or it can be half of the balance.

Aug. 31: The third and final installment must be paid by Aug. 31 if you are to receive the benefits of the $100 discount. On Sept. 1st, the standard fee becomes $600 for athletes (minus any sibling or legacy discounts that will still apply toward pricing).

Oct. 1: If all fees are not paid in full by Oct. 1, then the athlete cannot practice or play in the games until fees are paid.

PREVIOUS YEAR OUTSTANDING BALANCE

If there is an outstanding balance from a previous season, in any sport, then your family can’t re-join the organization and can’t sign up for the current season until the balance is paid in full. If a football balance is owed, you can’t join basketball or baseball. If a basketball balance is owed, you can’t join the next sport and season until you have paid your balance.

Football mini-camps are free and all athletes are welcome, regardless. But to join the sports organization and sign up for one of the sports seasons, you MUST have paid all past balances in full. This would include any check-return fees incurred by the sports organization. (If our bank has charged us for an insufficient funds fee on YOUR check, you need to reimburse us for that expense.)
